Returns or Exchanges Policy
If you find any damaged goods upon receipt, you may contact us within seven days of receipt to learn about the specific return or exchange arrangements of the supplier for that item.
The procedure is as follows:
a. Keep all packaging materials, including the original packaging, order receipts, and other accessories.
b. Contact our Customer Service Department by emailing huikinfukhk@yahoo.com.hk to submit a request for return or exchange, and include the relevant order number, the name of the item to be returned, and details of the reason for the return or exchange in your email. We will then contact the relevant supplier to handle the request.

Once it is confirmed that the request meets the return and exchange requirements, we will notify the customer of the status of the application as soon as possible, and the supplier will arrange the subsequent work.
Note: Any goods that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please keep and return all packaging, including the original product box, product labels, tags, supporting documents, manufacturer warranties, instruction manuals, gifts, and all accessories, and ensure that all packaging is returned in an intact and undamaged condition. Labels or tags on the goods must remain intact; any damage or folding will result in the item being ineligible for return or exchange.

Goods are generally delivered within 4 working days after an order is placed. Delivery time may be extended due to inventory levels or logistics issues.
