Shipping Policy
We will process your order within 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Local Delivery
Free delivery is available for orders over HK$1,500 within Hong Kong. For orders between HK$900 and HK$1,500, delivery is free in Kowloon, $50 for the New Territories, and $100 for Hong Kong Island. For orders under HK$900, we use GOGOVAN or LALAMOVE. Customers may also pick up their orders at our office or choose SF Express collect service. .

International Delivery
We do not currently accept international orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us containing the driver's license plate number or a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order.
